#5 Jed Wallace – £23,000 (£1,196,000 per year)

Jed Wallace has been a solid first team player for West Brom this season, starting in all 18 Championship matches, scoring three and assisting three. He is head and shoulders above some of the other players in our midfield and is likely to be used just as heavily by Corberban, as he was by Bruce.

#4 John Swift – £24,000 (£1,248,000 per year)

Like Wallace, John Swift has been a top performer for the Baggies this season. But they are the best of a bad bunch. Only at the end of the season will we be able to accurately judge how well these players have done. But, for a free signing, John Swift has been terrific.

#3 Grady Diangana – £25,000 (£1,300,000 per year)

It’s no secret that Grady Diangana has huge potential, but we’ve been waiting years for him to showcase his ability. He may put in an excellent performance here and there but Grady’s biggest problem is anonymity in key matches. Defenders seem to know how to keep him subdued and the physicality of the Championship has proved an issue for some time. If Corberan can get his tactics right, Diangana could go on to be our best player this season, but only time will tell.

#2 Kenneth Zohore – £26,000 (£1,352,000 per year)

Without a doubt one of the worst transfers West Brom have ever made. Zohore cost the club £8m when he was signed from Cardiff in 2019, and the Albion board don’t expect to get any of that back once the Danish forward leaves next summer. He has spent virtually all of his time playing with the reserves, and that won’t change anytime soon.

#1 Okay Yokuslu – £29,000 (£1,508,000 per year)

After impressing for the Baggies in the Premier League under Sam Allardyce, fans were delighted to hear that Yokuslu was joining us again this season on a free transfer. It hasn’t been smooth sailing for the Turkey international, but then the same could be said for the squad as a whole. He recently scored the winner against Blackpool so he’s in everyone’s good books for now, at least.
