The Cheltenham-born Albion youth academy product looks to be a special talent: seven goals in 13 PL2 games, which is a goal every 162 minutes in the division.

This explains why Barrow loaned him for the second-half of the National League season back in February. Barrow gained promotion and they may take Soule back on a temporary basis, as the 19-year-old has unfinished business with the club.

Soule was a target of Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund, so a loan to a team to help further his career may be necessary as he won’t want to stick around in youth teams for too much longer.

#8 Rico Richards

A left-field inclusion, however there was a difficult decision to be made between Rico Richards and his team-mate Jovan Malcolm.

Jovan Malcolm scored nine in 13 matches for the Under 18’s and could leave on loan this season but we think Rico Richards is one of the best prospects West Brom have had in years.

The soon to be 17-year-old made his first appearance in the senior team against Charlton in the FA Cup during the 2019/20 season as an unused sub, but some first team experience once he turns 17 in a lower league could be vital for his development.

There is a reason why clubs like Liverpool and Borussia Dortmund are keen to poach some of our players, so giving Rico Richards some valuable experience at his young age could mean he becomes a valuable asset to our club in the next few years.

#7 Rayhaan Tulloch

Albion’s number 31, nicknamed ‘Razor Blade’ by his team-mates, recently signed a new deal that will keep him at the Hawthorns until 2024.

There was speculation about whether Tulloch would stay in B71 or leave to sign for Rangers who were recently linked; however Albion kept their man and now we feel it is the right time to give him some first team experience.

A player of Tulloch’s ability with 13 goal involvements in 14 games in the PL2 should gain interest from clubs around the bottom of the Championship or the top of League One.

He was shortlisted for the PL2 Player of the Season award and next season we think he would suit a team like Coventry City, who may be fighting for survival, in a battle that Tulloch’s goalscoring ability may suit.
