Albion had registered interest in January, but are now joined by a whole host of clubs in England, as well as Rangers and Celtic – who today have emerged as favourites to land Toney’s signature.
Peterborough’s Director of Football, Barry Fry has slapped a £10m price tag on the striker, but with the current financial state of play in the EFL may have to accept offers south of that.
#2 John Obi-Mikel – Free Transfer

#3 Joe Hart – Free Transfer

#4 Morgan Fox – Free Transfer

The Baggies were closely linked with the 26-year-old last summer but no bid materialised. Fox is a strong tackling, no nonsense style defender. It is reported Nottingham Forest are also interested.
